QINSY DAY is an annual event organized by QPS BV and NORBIT’s Polish reseller – FORKOS Ltd. Experienced and new users of hydrographic software Qinsy/Qimera/Fledermaus meet in Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia.

Participants of this year’s event were mainly hydrographic company workers, members of the marine administration, naval officers, scientists and students from entire Poland. Richard Hill, from QPS’s UK office, presented Qincy news and plans. Then 10 contributors had their presentations which mainly concerned different QPS software use and challenges. At the end of the event, a competition of the most interesting MBES images, acquired and processed in the QPS software was held. A Qimera license was the first prize.
