Contracts worth NOK 170 million received
NORBIT today announces that segment PIR has received contract manufacturing orders, valued at approximately NOK 170 million from an undisclosed European client in the defence and security sector. A majority of the deliveries is scheduled for first quarter 2026.

Third quarter results 2025
NORBIT announced its results for the third quarter of 2025 on 13th of November 2025. In the third quarter, NORBIT delivered revenues of NOK 505.4 million, an increase of 36 per cent compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024. The reported EBIT result was NOK 75.4 million, representing a margin of 15 per cent.

Annual general meetings
The Annual General Meeting of NORBIT ASA was held on Monday 6th of May 2024.
All proposals on the agenda were approved by the general meeting, including the board’s proposed dividend distribution of NOK 2.55 per share.
Financial calendar
NORBIT ASA will publish its quarterly report for Q4 11th of February. The results will be published to the Oslo Stock Exchange Newsweb and to the Company’s homepage at around 07:00 am. The management will host a presentation of the results. Further information about the presentations will be communicated. The dates are subject to changes.
