The auditor is appointed by the AGM and is independent of NORBIT ASA. Each year the board shall receive written confirmation from the auditor that the requirements with respect to independence and objectivity have been met. NORBIT is audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers AS and responsible partner is Marius Larsen.
