The Oceans segment delivers tailored technology solutions to global maritime markets. The Connectivity segment provides secure wireless communication solutions. The PIR segment offers R&D services and products, and contract manufacturing to key customers.

Since the founding in 1995, NORBIT has been at the forefront of technology development - from subsea to space. What began as tailored client solutions evolved into own branded technologies, driven by expertise in secure, wireless communication and underwater acoustics. Strategic acquisitions of manufacturing sites in Mid-Norway strengthened the ability to scale production while maintaining quality and innovation. Today, NORBIT is a global technology company with own products exported to over 60 countries, as well as contract manufacturing capabilities.
