QA Manager – NORBIT Oceans

As part of strengthening our work on quality and customer satisfaction we are searching for an additional resource within the QA area of NORBIT Oceans. The position will be central to the company’s quality and improvement work. The position will largely involve collaboration with personnel in all parts of the organization.


  • Promote customer focus in the organization
  • Support sales and marketing activities to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Assist process owners (Managers) in the follow-up and improvement of the QMS & HSE system (Quality Management System/Health Safety and Environment). Making sure that it is so flexible that it fits the variations of projects and applicable standards.
  • Be a driving force in non-conformity management
  • Conduct internal and external audits
  • Facilitate for an effective risk management process
  • Part of the overall QA organization in NORBIT ASA


  • BSc. or MSc., preferably technical.
  • Relevant professional background
  • Knowhow of applicable standards (ISO 9001:2015…)
  • Former senior positions in the field of quality, development, product management, business development and/or sales/sales support
  • Experience in working with customer relationship
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
