Logistics Consultant

To strengthen our team, NORBIT Subsea is seeking a Logistics Consultant.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage logistics for RMA tickets, Organizing and managing shipping
  • Handling Customs declarations, depreciation of customs declarations, register monthly in Emma docs
  • Logistics support for customers
  • Responsible for following companys T&C in terms of shipment and export rules & regulations.
  • Point of contact for clients and NORBIT partners within RMA process
  • Maintain an overview of RMA cases (incoming to outgoing)
  • Maintain client communication and updates on progress/delays
  • Coordinate with service engineers on repair progress and service desk tickets
  • Handling day to day challenges associated with global shipping
  • Help implement a company strategy
  • Processing purchase orders and issuing order confirmations
  • Purchase of parts and following up storage levels and counting

Customer satisfaction:

  • Escalate critical client cases to management for remediation
  • Focus on turn-around time and efficient execution

Experience and personal qualities:
Norbit Subsea is looking for a motivated and devoted employee with the following qualifications

  • Work experiences – minimum 5 years
  • Experience with international shipping
  • Good team player, but also strong independently
  • Quick learning skills
  • Good English skills, both orally and written
